How it works

A public record made legible. Facts mirrored from registers and decisions, opinions labelled as opinions, unknowns shown as unknowns.

  1. 1

    We index the register

Every NSW strata scheme is pulled from the public registers, with parcel geometry, and refreshed continuously. That is the spine: 88,546 schemes and counting.

  2. 2

    We compile the record

Litigation, levies, defects, governance, and the people and companies behind a scheme are drawn from public sources and licence registers. Every claim carries a citation to where it came from.

  3. 3

You read it, with the unknowns named

Search a building and read the report. Where a source has not been checked yet, it says so. We never guess, and the word clear never appears: a positive finding reads checked, none found.
