Coverage

Australia has eight strata jurisdictions. StrataAuditor is built one at a time, deepest first. New South Wales has the full register, every scheme on the map, and its litigation. The other states are litigation only or earlier than that, with no register or map yet. We show the whole picture with real counts so you can see exactly where the data stands, and no state is marked ready before it is.

Map coverage is New South Wales only today. The other states are litigation seeded: their tribunal matters are linked, but the register and the map are not loaded yet.

Early means only a handful of matters is seeded and nothing is browsable. Each new jurisdiction reuses the same contracts and ledger as New South Wales, so a state moves up as its register, map, and tribunal feeds are confirmed and back-filled.
