Coverage

Australia has eight strata jurisdictions. StrataAuditor is built one at a time, deepest first. New South Wales has the full register, every scheme on the map, and its litigation. The other states are litigation only or earlier than that, with no register or map yet. We show the whole picture with real counts so you can see exactly where the data stands, and no state is marked ready before it is.

Full coverage means the register, the map, and litigation are all loaded. Litigation only means that state has a usable body of tribunal matters but no register or map yet. Early means only a handful of matters is seeded and nothing is browsable. Each new jurisdiction reuses the same contracts and ledger as New South Wales, so a state moves up as its register, map, and tribunal feeds are confirmed and back-filled.
